plein air painting
On a spur of the moment, my husband and I went camping this week-end. (A rare 80 degree week-end was forecast!) We had a lovely time in northern central Michigan. I spent time drawing and painting while DH took LONG walks with the dog! Trees are just beginning to put on their Autumn colors!

I love these--especially the floaty leaves and the tree at the bottom. Just beautiful and you've given me some inspiration for how I'm going to tackle the plein air painting I have planned for today.
