BC hiking boot

Here is my entry for this Friday's BC -- After I did it "blind" , I had to do it "regular" as well. Haven't been used for a while - but they are good models to sketch!

BCF Amaryllis

I have tended this amaryllis for a month -- turning it twice a day -- and it has graced me with GORGEOUS blossoms! I am finding that drawing flowers "blind" is quite easy -- Maybe I'll try a more complex subject next week!

Cataracts

I had an eye appt. today for another opinion on cataract surgery which I am trying to postpone as long as possible. Tried to draw an image of cataracts as well as my new glasses!

EDM Challenge - refrigerator

This week's challenge is to draw the inside of your refrigerator! Quite a challenge -- but, as Danny Gregory tells us, just keep drawing one thing after another and keep lining them up! It was fun! (Even though my husband came by and joked that it didn't seem very ecological!)

Vacation sketches

We were lucky enough to spend a week in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico over the holidays. I had fun sketching!
