self portrait a la Hundertwasser

I have been on vacation for two weeks -- and am not happy with any of my vacation sketches. But, here is a painting from my watercolor class last night. We were copying the style of Austrian painter, Hundertwasser. I LOVE his style and brilliant colors! I think I now want to try painting with acrylics to get the brilliant colors he has!

The Farmer's Market had lovely bouquets of sunflowers this Saturday. Perhaps the last of the season? Such fun to look at and draw!
